The process begins at curbside making the necessary adjustments in playing up the home's exterior strengths.  Next the interior is fine tuned by reducing clutter and tackling repairs. Each room is then professional staged and decorated, using your existing furnishings in new ways to create buyer appeal. 		Staging

TWO STAGING SERVICES ARE OFFERED:

full service stagingTo create maximum buyer appeal, Interior Revivals will prepare, stage and transform the entire home. Each room is evaluated for cleanliness and repairs and then organized to eliminate clutter and excess. Next, style and decor are reexamined. Furniture and accessories are repositioned for proper balance and flow to give the best visual impact. (Vacant or sparse homes are furnished with rental options). Purchases of small ticketed decorative accessories are then made, along with other furnishings to add style and color and to fill empty spaces.  Contractors and trade resources will be provided (if needed). All home improvement projects will be supervised upon request. The project will be completed with a few finishing touches (i.e.; inviting scents, music, lighting) to create the perfect ambience for the first showing.

home staging consultationThis walk through consultation of your entire house is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer. Interior Revivals provides an itemized “Home Staging House & Grounds Inspection List” for you to complete yourself. The consultation begins with an evaluation of the exterior home.  Suggestions and adjustments are made to enhance curb appeal.  Next the interior is evaluated in which cosmetic repairs and styling tips are addressed to bring out the home's strengths.  Trade resources will be provided to complete the project.

Interior Revivals® will prepare and stage your loved ones home so that it sells quickly and for the best value. Once the home sells, their new space will be decorated with favorite treasures and furnishings to make them feel right at home.
